By accessing and using QRGEN.DESIGN ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Service.

Description of Service

QRGEN.DESIGN provides QR code generation services with two tiers:

Free Tier

  • Client-side QR code generation
  • Basic customization options
  • PNG, SVG, PDF downloads
  • No registration required
  • QRGEN.DESIGN watermark included

Pro Tier ($9.99/month)

  • Advanced customization features
  • Analytics and tracking
  • Bulk generation capabilities
  • Dynamic QR codes
  • No watermarks
  • API access
User Accounts and Registration

Free Tier

No account registration is required for basic QR code generation.

Pro Tier

  • Account registration is required
  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • One account per person or organization
Acceptable Use Policy

✓ Permitted Uses

  • Business and personal QR code generation
  • Marketing and promotional materials
  • Educational and non-profit purposes
  • Legitimate commercial activities

✗ Prohibited Uses

  • Malicious links (malware, phishing, viruses)
  • Illegal content or activities
  • Harassment, abuse, or spam
  • Violation of third-party rights
  • Adult content or gambling (in certain jurisdictions)
  • Cryptocurrency scams or fraudulent schemes
  • Circumventing security measures
Payment Terms (Pro Tier)
  • Pro subscription is billed monthly at $9.99 USD
  • Payment is processed securely through Stripe
  • Billing cycle begins immediately upon subscription
  • No refunds for partial months of service
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Access to Pro features continues until the end of the current billing period
  • Prices may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension
Intellectual Property Rights

Our Rights

QRGEN.DESIGN, its logos, and original content are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our branding without permission.

Your Rights

You retain ownership of the content you encode in QR codes. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process and display your content solely for providing the service.

QR Code Ownership

QR codes generated through our service belong to you. However, free tier QR codes will include our watermark. Pro tier removes all watermarks.

Service Availability and Modifications
  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • Planned maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice
  • Free tier services may have usage limitations
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these terms
Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QRGEN.DESIGN shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Service interruptions or downtime
  • Third-party actions or content
  • Damages exceeding the amount paid for Pro services in the last 12 months

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our data collection and usage practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Termination

By You

You may stop using our service at any time. Pro subscribers can cancel their subscription through their account settings or customer portal.

By Us

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for other legitimate business reasons. We will provide notice when reasonably possible.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.
